The CAPSLOCK Talent Team will work closely with you to identify learners who match your criteria.
We pre-screen and train
After intensive pre-screening, we enrol 50-60 learners per cohort onto our award-winning, accredited cyber reskilling bootcamp.
We identify talent
The CAPSLOCK Talent Team will work closely with you and provide a shortlist of learners who match your criteria and requirements.
We deploy and support
Selected graduates are deployed into your workforce on a contract-basis. We wrap around valuable support and on-going training, whilst taking care of all back-office admin and PAYE.
The choice is yours
After 6 months, it's 100% free to hire your CAPSLOCK graduate on a permanent basis. If you don't hire, you can continue the contract (with support) or choose to terminate if a project has ended.
